"I had a small water leak that wasnâ t sure of the exact source. Omar, the owner, contacted me directly and stopped over and isolated the problem very quickly. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and did not try to push any additional services, whereas other places have tried to charge me a lot up front before even showing up. I will definitely be hiring K&M back for some additional work in the near future. Highly recommend this company!"

"About a month ago, I learned that I had asbestos-containing popcorn ceiling at a rental condo. I chose Boston Environmental & Contracting, Inc (BEC) to perform the remediation and consequent ceiling replacement work because I felt Jennifer Lynch was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and customer service oriented. I imagine from BEC s perspective my job was relatively small, yet I was always made to feel like BEC s top priority. And this job entailed a lot of unique complexities, such as demanding tenants, an unresponsive condo association, tight timeframes, complex insurance negotiations, and some intricate design challenges. Throughout the process, Jennifer was more than just a superb project manager. She served as a trusted advisor ensuring that I met all regulatory requirements and ended up with a high-quality final product. She also served as a strong advocate in negotiating with my insurance company for the portion of the ceiling that had water damage, which was to my financial benefit. No one is grateful about learning they have asbestos in their home. But I am grateful that Jennifer was there to help me through the process."

"I had some concerns about a house I was planning to buy that was built in 1965. I told Mr. Keys my concerns about lead and asbestos. He met me at that house. He reviewed the home professionally regarding asbestos and nothing stood out that made him want to take a sample to test. But we did find other things about the house that I never saw and was not included in the home inspections report. I plan to use him again."
