They did a great job cleaning my chinmey. They completed the job promptly and they explained everything theywere doing to me clearly. Overall I was satisfied and would use them again.

For fireplace and chimney cleaning and inspection, you can't go wrong with this company. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars on Customer Service was this: My appointment time was 10:30am. I waited until 11:30am and still no serviceperson, and no call, so I called customer service. They said the technician had been delayed and that he would be there by noon. He arrived after 1pm, due to unavoidable road detours, which I understood. Once here, he did a very good job. While everyone was friendly and professional, it would have been good for someone-- at some point-- to say, "we're sorry for the inconvenience."
