Sewer Main Pros in Ridgely, MD (Maryland)

After spending an entire day looking for a plumber to unclog my Toilet/main sewer, I came across the Home Advisors website and found Mr. Richard’s @ Richards Drain Cleaning service. He was on time, unclogged my main sewage, and even bolted down my toilet with his own screws and bolts. Apparently, the person that upgraded my toilet never actually bolted my toilet down, but Mr. Richard’s really didn’t have to tell me and just place my toilet the way that he found it, but instead, he went the extra mile and used his own supplies to correct a job that someone else messed up. He gave me a quote of $275 to do a main drain sewage unclogging and I almost jumped for joy because almost plumber that I called provided me quotes of $650 - $800 for the same service… Mr. Richard’s is fair, friendly, punctual and generally a nice guy. I will definitely be calling him back (if I have any plumbing issues) and referring him to others!!!

We had a drain problem before and called Roto Rooter. Their price was much higher for the same service.

Mr Richards is a one-man operation and highly trustworthy in my opinion. He was not able to unclog my sewer line because it is broken and he does not do replacements. But he did give solid advise on my problem. My only complaint is that his cleanup in the bathroom was not quite up to my expectation.
