I Highly Recommend Inca Deck to anyone considering a home improvement project. Mr. Seminario and his staff flawlessly transformed our old screened in porch into a beautiful new Sun Room complete with Cathedral Ceiling, Recessed Lighting, Pella Windows and Sliding Glass doors and Hardwood Floors. Every phase of the project was done with the highest quality and care for detail. We were so impressed with the quality of work, flexibility and professionalism that we have decided to hire this same company to complete another project, a Major Addition on our home including complete remodeling of the kitchen, dining room and basement.

We used AROCON which gave the best offer in terms of cost and quality. We have not been disappointed with this choice. Their work is top-notch and beyond reproach. They hire employees or a series of subcontractors, each of whom are experts in their field and do magnificent work. AROCON, even more than the members of my family, would not tolerate any imperfections. For example, the floor was power-washed to remove paint and dirt stains from the construction stages. The molding or trim bulged a bit in two areas, and this they repaired before requiring the final payoff. We are extremely happy with all they have done and recommend them heartily.

Our basement was finished beautifully in a very reasonable and competitive price. The process went very smoothly overall. There were a few unexpected glitches, as with any home improvement project, but Joe was always open to listen and quick to fix or compromise. The thing my husband and I really appreciate about Joe is that he is so easy to reach by phone. He always answer our call in person, and in the case we couldn't reach him, he always return our call promptly. We would definitely use him again for our future projects, and would recommend him.
