The employees of Quality Basements are a pleasure to work with. Their work is exceptionally good and there was practically no dust from the jack hammering. When they were finished, the area on which they worked was level and smooth. They entire job took less than one day.

Joe was great, he did what he was suppose to do in the time that he said and we are very happy with his work. We live one hour away and he was perfect, he also does clean up of water in basement so hopefully there will be no flood ever in our basement but if there is we will be sure to use him again.

Jesse came out to give us a quote 9/23, and gave an honest assessment of our basement issues. He was very thorough in his explanation to us, and provided us with a well detailed solution...which entailed installing a french drain and sump pump. Actual job took place 11/22. Only criticism of this company is it took some persistence on my part to book a start date. Perhaps with the hurricane,and overall horrible wet weather, they were just overbooked. The team that came to my house was professional, answered all questions, and offered additional helpful information. Overall, great job, and I highly recommend this company.
