Project: Repair an Asphalt Shingle Roof
Minneapolis, MN

Even though I was unable to move forward with Simon Construction due to insurance issues, I was extremely impressed with this company's professionalism and willingness to work with my insurance company. They responded to my requests immediately and I will absolutely work with them again when work is needed.

Project: Repair an Asphalt Shingle Roof
Minneapolis, MN

Though from the height of my house it's hard to tell, the subcontracted crew appears to have done a good job. Their cleanup after was done well. Only objection was that my original verbally promised start date was not honored, but when I called their office and told them that I was concerned because I had some bare roof showing from wind torn-off shingles and bad weather was projected to hit soon, they did push up the start date and had a crew on the job within a couple of days of the original date, and the crew managed to finish re-roofing the bare section before a "wet" snow storm hit the next day.
