"I told him I wanted the carpet and tiles steam cleaned ( no chemicals). Because there was a stain on the carpet, he suggested treating it first with a solution and then steam clean it too to wash off the solution. He quoted the price to make sure I was ok with it before starting the job. Great customer service."

"Jim did a very good job. The carpet looks wonderful. He also cleaned my tow recliners which weren't really dirty, but did have cat hair stuck in them. I would not recommended getting your carpet cleaned in winter on a rainy day - it took forever to dry which my cat did not appreciate. I have already recommended Keep It Clean Carpet Care to a friend and will have him to it again come summer."
