"They contacted me almost immediately upon posting my request and were out that afternoon. I didn't have any hot water and thought I would need to replace my water heater, but Wayne, who is extremely knowledgeable by the way, discovered the issue was not my water heater saving me hundreds of $$$$. Additionally while discussing my water heater he identified a factory issue that he was able to resolve thereby increasing the amount of hot water I now have available!!!!
