Jerry and his crew were FANTASTIC! They were on time, extremely respectful of our home and just a great group of guys. When Jerry came out to bid on the chimney removal he was very detailed about what he and his crew would be doing. I received the bid the that very same day. During the project I had to leave the house, by the time I got back they were done, cleaned up and already gone! You would never have known they were even there doing any demo; my baby gate was even put back up!! I would recommend J Three Property Services to everyone. Thank you guys!

Due to irregularity of the floor, garage doors do not close flat on the ground and cannot be replaced (they need to be replaced.
