Eric Foster Construction completely stripped, repaired and enhanced our bathroom. The bathroom had extensive water damaged and needed to be torn down to the joists and repaired. I liked Eric within minutes when he arrived at our home for the estimate. He was very professional and he explained things as we went through, I felt comfortable with him and especially how he went over how the whole process would work. We had a good line of communication and when there was a misunderstanding we were able to talk through it and get it worked out. I will work with Eric on projects in the future, hopefully yearly until my house is completely renovated.

Comment: This is a 5x6' laundry room and a 150-200 sq ft. tile job that is not too extensive. I need to replace the door, replace existing flooring with tile (take up 1993 vinyl tile). Plumb a "T" for a sink and finish one sheet or two of drywall with texture. Also, cut the face of an existing double cabinet into half (is a two piece but with one face) to allow room for a stackable washer and dryer. may need to re -vent the dryer hole to exterior wall because dryer will be on top of washer now...?Would like a folding area/vanity installed.
