Comment: Our newly purchased home in the east Millcreek area has a suspended concrete floor underneath its carpet. As we have not yet moved in or removed the carpet, we are not sure what kind of condition the concrete is in. I would like a quote based two scenarios. 1) That it is in the condition to begin the sealing process and <br />2) that it may need a thin concrete overlay before the sealing job. <br /> <br />We are looking for an end result of a smooth, clean, modern, light grey in color slip resistant floor. It will be a high traffic area and safety is top priority. <br /> <br />The kitchen has terrazzo flooring which also needs to be sealed. <br />Would love to get a quote per sq/ft.
