The experience of having cool valley come into my home to repair my furnace was exceptional! After the evaluation, he explained step-by-step what the problem was and showed me how his instruments detected the problem and then gave me price options on how to fix it. the cost was comparable to other repairs, but the customer service was exceptional. He also went above and beyond spending his time with me and just as a side note I asked him if he could look at my gas fireplace that hadn't worked in three years. he looked at it at no cost and explained that it worked just fine but he showed me step-by-step how to ignite the flame!

Gary did an amazing job. He knew exactly what he was doing, fixing the issue with our AC unit right away. He was very professional, did the diagnoses, and discussed everything with me prior to performing the work. I am always skeptical with pricing for these things, but called around to 3 other HVAC companies, and found Gary to be the best priced as well. I would definitely recommend him for anyone needing HVAC service!
