I called A-1 because I wanted to remove two walls to open up the living, dining, and kitchen area. Moises called me back right away and was able to come out the very next day, It turned out that both walls were load bearing and Moises designed the replacement beams and even talked to the carpenter to make sure everything came out right. Moises even showed me some easy things I could do in my attic to make it even more stable. He explained everything to me in terms I could understand. I was very pleased with his customer service and attention to detail.

They contacted me in a timely manner but took a week longer to obain diagram than promised. We are in the process of correcting a foundation issue and will know quality of recommendations later. I feel that the engineer was very knowledgable and honest with me so I expect good results. Not sure if price is good - I haven't had to deal with an engineer before.

Came out on time. Very professional attitude and appearance. Performed the job the same day I called. Yes, I would recomend this company to a friend.
