Comment: This is a flat roof over 2 sides of the house. The middle is 2 story and is shingled. A modified granual rolled roofing system (I believe Bitumen) was installed 11 years ago. The roof now has an Alligator/Spiderweb type cracking all over but otherwise seems to be OK. I would like to know if there is a sealant that can be applied.
