Herold was amazing. His work was completed quickly and better than I imagined. He was on time, returned calls and had a detailed contract of what the completed deck would be. I would highly recommend him, in fact, I've hired him for 2 more projects. I can't say enough good things. Oh yeah an the price was good.

Working with Royal Crown was very easy, much more relaxed than other contractors I talked with. They listened to what we wanted and made several suggestions that we would not have thought of. There was an issue with some of the stacked rock on the bottom pillars of the deck but Bill Jr. worked to fix the situation, ultimately deciding to just tear out the rock and replace it, at his expense, rather than trying to make a "fix" work. They gave us the deck we wanted, at a price other contractors were quoting for a deck far less impressive. Will definitely use them again.
