They did a good job. The only small problem was that I had requested the work to be done at my house, but the repair guy did not know and took my bedroom blind with him. They returned it the next evening, so the inconvenience was short.

The day/night shades were repaired within a few days and the restringing worked well. The only problem was that the knobs for the shades were left off when the blind was returned so it entailed another trip to the store.
