Comment: Wallpaper was hung in living room by subcontracted professional ~March/April 2008 and began to peel in several small areas within ~6 months and has repeatedly done so ~every 6 months, prompting re-application of adhesive by same professional ~4-5 times since. That person told me that the contractor (handyman) that I hired and who then sub-contracted the job to the paper hanger prohibited him from applying a preferred 'special' adhesive. Now that paper hanger isn't responding to my three calls in the past 10 days or so. Just seems to need adhesive in spots and will probably need again and again every 6-12 months.
