Overall, this was a very positive experience. The technician was considerate and professional, and my mini-blinds looked very good after cleaning. The one negative part of the experience was that the cleaning process could not be done at my home, so the technician had to take the blinds with him. The process was supposed to take only a couple of hours if done at my home, but it was over 24 hours before my blinds were returned and reinstalled.

I had a wonderful experience with American Cleaners. I attempted to clean my blinds myself, only to find that I was only pushing to dirt around. At one point I considered purchasing new ones. When I got the est. from American Cleaners, I couldn't afford not to give cleaning a try. Boy, am I glad I requested a cleaning. My blinds are clean, beautiful, smell wonderful and look like new. Moon and her partner were very careful taking each blind down and putting them back up. I just can't get over how wonderful they look. Thank you Moon.
