"Lasting Strength group were very professional in all areas of business. From recommendations to analyzing the costs of many options, the Lasting Strength team made sure all of our needs were met in a cost effective manner. Lasting Strength completely gutted our 1940's bathroom removing 4 layers of floor tile, molded wall, and also allowed us to maximize closet room in the adjacent bedroom. Additionally, the Lasting Strength team was very respectful to my family which consisted of a 2.5 year old boy and a 8-month pregnant wife. The team accommodated naps and cleaned each night before leaving. I highly recommend this group for any household needs"

"This project was a great success! Leroy and his sons were a pleasure to work with. They were prompt, professional, and knowledgeable about all aspects of the job. They were here on time every day and cleaned up at the end of each day. They answered any questions and concerns promptly and made helpful suggestions when it was needed. At the end of each workday, I really appreciated the fact that Leroy would walk me through had been done that day and let me know what I could expect to be done the next. There were no surprises in the price and the project went exactly as planned. A remodel can be a very stressful event as you need to trust your contractor to help you achieve what you want and to treat your home with respect. Leroy and his sons did exactly that. They took all the stress out of this project and made us feel at ease with the process. We trust them implicitly. This company exceeded our expectations, the result is beautiful, and we would highly recommend them. We would definitely hire them again for any future remodeling needs."

HomeAdvisor makes it easy to connect with pros near you. You can read reviews, get quotes and book appointments all in one place.
Depending on the type of project, you may find subtle differences in the hiring process. Here’s a look at task-specific advice.
You can use HomeAdvisor to help evaluate a contractor’s qualifications. We put pros through a screening process, and award badges to high-performing contractors. You can find these badges on a pro’s HomeAdvisor profile, and sometimes, his or her website.
Your research doesn’t stop here. Once you’ve found a few prospective companies, make an call to ask a few questions about work history, licensure and more:
In most cases, the responses you get to these three questions will give you a very good idea of the right pro for your project. If you have more than one front-runner, these additional questions can help you narrow it down.
Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
Sandy Hook Addition & Remodeling Contractors are rated 4.9 out of 5 based on 322 reviews of 322 pros.
