During the planning process we were very impressed with his architectural knowledge, and he was always very clear in explaining why he believed certain choices were better while being completely understanding of our choices in the end as long as it was a simple design choice. Throughout the project, Charles provided video, pictures, and text messages, keeping us updated on progress.
