"Anyone who has waterproofing needs should hire Bill and his team. They are fantastic. I am the President of our HOA ( 5 townhome building) and a resident in one of the 5 units. The building had a number of areas in our underground common area and one resident's garage in particular where water was draining from outside of the foundation of the building. There were no less than 4 separate areas where water was entering the interior of the building. Of all the contractors we interviewed for the job, Bill was the most honest, practical, thoughtful and analytical in his approach to the job. He was more like a surgeon carefully dissecting the problem and then fixing the issues, one a time rather than what most of the other contractors wanted to do, which was tear up the east side of the building and "we'll then see what the problem is." He and his team showed up everyday they said they would - on time. They worked hard and cleaned up their work area every time they were there. He tested his work (flooding areas and letting the water sit for 48+ hours) to make sure he had done the job right and completely. He explained what he was going to do and then he did it. "If you need your foundation waterproofed right then I highly recommend Johnny and his crew. They are expert waterproofers, their pricing is fair, and they're extremely reliable. They also offer a lifetime guarantee for their work. We hired A R Contracting after water infiltrated our basement during the storms last winter. Johnny did extra work to ensure the job was done right, such as applying waterproofing adjacent to the foundation and underneath the path next to the building to ensure water did not intrude around the corner of the foundation. He did not charge for extra services like that, as it was his priority to make sure everything was adequately waterproofed. Johnny accounted for every detail of the process and regularly walked us through what he was doing and why in order to ensure proper waterproofing and drainage that would last basically forever. As an example of Johnnys commitment to service, after the job was finished, we had an issue with an electrical outlet for one of our sump pumps. The outlet itself was not Johnnys responsibility, but when the issue happened, he was getting ready to drive over late on a Sunday night in the rain to help fix it. We figured out what that the problem was on our end so he did not need to come down, but this was a solid demonstration of his commitment to standing by his work. We spent all of the last rainy season nervous about the water intrusion problems getting worse, but thanks to the work Johnny and his team did, we are confident that the work Johnny did will keep all the water out this winter and for as many winters as we live here."
