We spoke only briefly when Frank arrived to evaluate the project I had and since I was heading to an appt. we agreed he would mail me an estimate for what we saw. Frank's email arrived, I phoned him and assigned him the job. The weather was to be nice all week, so we agreed that his schedule which was free the following day (Wed) that he could begin the work. Frank and his worker arrived very timely, did not rush the project, provided an invisible repair to the corner eave and north downspout and even did some extra work to some shingles he saw that were lifting, and at "no charge." They cleaned up after themselves beautifully.

The cost was a bit high, but Frank was very timely in calling me to discuss price and schedule the service. He performed the service the day after I spoke with him1 He was polite and professional in his communications. I would recommend Frank's service, and I'd certainly consider his company for other projects as well.
