Black Magic is an excellent company to di business with. From the office staff to the installers they were very professional in all phases of my project. Phone calls and e-mails were returned promptly and all questions were answered throughout the process. Lacey and Chris did and excellent job cleaning the mess from our chimney fire and a great job installing our new wood burning insert. I must admitt I was a little concerned choosing a company from out of state just because of logistics but it was not a problem at all. Arrived early! He was very honest and upfront. Our wood stove is not safe to use and needs work. Instead of pushing us to have him fix it he gave up some tips and suggestions on our different options and how to save money. We will call him again!!
