Mixed results. Failed to keep appointment to assess the job and didn't call until a day later. Then didn't show up at appointed time to do the agreed to job (8:00 a.m.) and never called. But then returned my request for status call call at 12:30 p.m. and came out at 1:30 p.m. The actual work done, installing 3 tons of ripp rapp rock was done very well. Pricing was fair and competitive. Maureen was pleasant and personable. The frustration was with unkept appointments...
