Alpine Appliance showed up exactly on time for both scheduled appointments. Undertook replacing the entire assembly, vs. just a sub-part (at the same cost) to ensure a more expedient service and high quality replacement. Explained what had occurred with the assembly and what was being replaced.

Very good. Work was completed well within phone estimate time. More detailed than a DIY expectation for replacing Dryer Belt. John as noted that my water line hoses (two) were worn and recommended replacement, (I had "duc-tapped" one line). He offered a pair of new hoses, NO Charge!!. Thanks John. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
