Joel is an extremely competent professional who fixed and maximized our home theater equipment to a level we have never experienced before. He is superior to Best Buy and other contractors. Before Joel we had not experience the quality of our surround sound nor picture quality. I was using 2 remotes plus having to push power on buttons. We now have one remote beautiful surround sound and picture quality that is beyond words. We hate to think how much money we spent on inept experts who delivered poor quality. We highly recommend Joel. He communicates in layman term so you can understand you equipment. He is honest and easy going.

Joel understood my TV/DVD/VCR connection problem right away... came to the house the next day at the agreed upon time... I got caught in meeting at city hall... he was let in by someone working at our house that day... he went right at the problem and resolved it... and actually made our connections better. Reasonable fee... excellent response... excellent service.
