I appreciated the quality work they did, and in a timely matter. They even arrived at the time they gave me, that I really appreciated. At first I was just going to have them fix the old railing, but after looking at the new one they put in, I was happy with my decision. They had suggested putting in a new railing, and they were right. It is so much stronger. I was ok with the cost too.
