"Dave was very communicative throughout the entire process. He kept my house clean when he was done for the day. He arrived on time, and when he was going to be later then usual he texted or called to let me know. I would definitely choose DSE Carpentry (Dave Edwards) to do any project in my house - he knows a lot about everything (carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electric) He provided great advice when I was not sure which way to go with flooring, paint color, cabinetry, tile and hardware. He had a new helper with him and I loved listening to Dave talk things through with his helper when teaching him something new. He was patient and kind with him, which was incredibly satisfying to witness. You can tell Dave is a bit of a perfectionist, he pays close attention to the little details ensuring the end product is beautiful. "Dave has done an incredible job on my basement - sometimes, no - ALL of the time, it was like he was working on his own home. The professional craftsmanship, attention to detail and willingness to avail himself to our schedule was fantastic. The job was a ceiling to floor remodel: studding, drywall, finishing, painting, floor tiling to include a rebuilt powder room and spectacular bar and cabinetry. Even a dance room with 5 foot mirror, a ballet bar and wood flooring was part of the job! This guy can do it all! I looked forward to coming home every night to see the progress he made.
