"We had a new step in shower installed for my Mom. Removal of old tub and install beautiful safe step shower with handicap bars and bench. The total experience from the first phone call to schedule our demonstration, to Dorothy coming to our home to show products, was absolutely incredibly easy and professional. The timing for the project was the following week after completion of paperwork. On the day of install, 3 gentlemen arrived, Jordon, Tim and Jaime. Started at 9am and all was finished and beautiful by 2:30 that day. Even the time that the water was turned off was very short, I cannot say enough about the experience. I definitely will use West Shore Home for any future projects and recommend this company."

"They were team players, each one knew how to do all of the jobs. They were honest (I had hidden some money that I had forgotten about they found it and gave it to me) they are also well mannered and very polite. They did an excellent job installing carpet in 4 units. They had to move a lot of furniture in the units and nothing was broken. I would recommend them to anyone and would hire them again."
