He explained well what he'd do and why. He charged me only for the time he worked, and his hourly charge is more affordable than some others. I would call on him again.

I found the service excellent. I called at 12:30 pm and the problem was fixed by 3:00 pm. Never had such fast service, ever. I was thrilled since until the problem was fixed, we did not have water in the house. The service person, John, was pleasant and polite and did a very good job of cleaning up when he was done. I highly recommend this company and would use them again.
