I wa impressed with the timeliness of the responses to my request for repair service (less than 2 Hours). I asked for the work to be completed in 7 days and it was completed in 5 days. He was prompt with his estimate and prommpt and efficient with his completion.

best price around...but did not show up with enough truck space to haul the entire load. He did come back out and complete the job later.

He contacted me right away, and came out and looked at the job to assess it immediately after that. Because of other jobs he had, he scheduled it for about 1.5 weeks later with me. He came when he said he would, and was even 10 minutes early on the day of his appointment. He worked steadily and updated me a few times to let me know what decisions he was making on the job and to check them with me. His rate is incredibly fair and he completed two jobs while at my house, and I could not be more pleased. He was efficient, kind, highly skilled, listened really well to what I was saying, and just did an excellent job. I couldn't be happier!
