After Hurricane Sandy dumped about 19 inches of water in my basement I had to have all of the old wall paneling removed. I decided to go with green sheetrock this time around. Annex Construction came in and gave me a reasonable estimate on a Thursday and came in to do the job on Monday. I deiced to have my basement ceiling replaced at the same time. Annex Co. took care of both jobs in less time then originally estimated. They were done in 6 days including Saturday. He also recommended that I raise my basement door and threshold to minize the possiblilty of future flooding. The new door and granite step looks great.

Paul was easy to get in touch with. I only wished that he communicated about what work was being done and how the changes he made to the work would affect my yard. I did my whole back and front yard and changed the front steps. I was told that the concrete had to be placed higher than I originally thought to compensate for the water running out but it was told to me after the concrete was already laid down and I called Paul to find out why. There were some cracks on the granite for the steps and landing did not line up. I called paul and he replaced the granite with new one. I just had to stay on top of things but I am happy with the results.
