"I chose to use Mr. Kent over the other two companies I received quotes from because he was the only one who asked me specific questions about my problem. He asked for a picture of my refrigerator model number so that he could be sure he ordered the correct part. When I asked for a breakdown of the quote, he gave it to me without hesitation. He was delayed (by 2 hours) in getting to my repair, but contacted me the day before to let me know and make sure it was not a problem. He contacted me before he came to my residence to let me know he was on the way. It took him about 2 hours to make the repair and he did a fantastic job. I will definitely be calling on Mr. Kent again. It is nice to know there are people like him out there that you can depend on to fix your problem."

"Found JE through Angie s List. Within hours of the initial call he was in my home working on my refrigerator. He showed up when he said he would, which I appreciated. Once he made the refrigerator repair, I asked him to look at my garbage disposal. He quickly discovered the problem and got it working again. Had him look at my oven next. He pinpointed the problem, and told me I could save money by easily making the repair myself then he explained how. He could ve overcharged or tried to take advantage of what turned out to be quick fixes, but he didn t. I respect that kind of honesty and will certainly use JE again the next time I have an appliance or plumbing issue."
