Trying to schedule them to come out to my house was a terrible feat. I placed the inital call nearly 3 weeks before the service was completed. They rescheduled more than once over the phone then i came to find out that they had me on the schedule for the wrong time of day WHEN I CALLED TO FIND OUT why they weren't already at my house at the time we had agreed upon. When they finally did arrive at my house, the electricians were polite and professional. They did quality work (which i suppose is what really matters here); however, they as a company need to get their ducks in a row and find a streamlined approach to scheduling clients.
