"Ricky Waller" was the second person to give us a call but he was the first person to show up to give us the estimate. We never regretted hiring Coldstream Exteriors, they did a great and fantastic job, and it was done ahead of the snow storm that just hit Saint Louis! "Ricky" is very cool and very professional and so knowledgeable of what he's doing and was always available and quick in solving issues. We highly recommend Coldstream Exteriors! "We liked the proposal in that we were not forced to think that we need our roof replaced immediately. The price was in line with our expectations. We had an on site project manager through the entire process who addressed every concern and/or question. The roofing crew did an excellent job. Cleanup was done with care keeping our landscape in good shape after the project's completion. Sean was at the site daily as project manager and Randy and Tony (Titan's management) either came daily or kept in constant contact with Sean so that we felt Titan followed through on everything that was explained to us initially. We also felt that if we have any concerns or problems in the future Titan will be there to address those concerns or problems."
