"Called Middletown HVAC for routine heater bleed when the company I normally use was unable to come out. I have a newborn baby in the house and was concerned about him being cold. Technician came out and found during our inspection that our boiler was not only not functioning properly but was unsafe for use due to water rot. We were floored as the previous company mentioned NOTHING years before. Technician was extremely knowledgeable and worked with us to get things replaced in a quick and efficient manner. They came back and took care of it within a matter of two days. Needless to say, I will no longer be calling the old company and I will only be calling Middletown. "It's nothing like waking up the day after Christmas to a cold shower and water in the basement. Mr Mccall called less than five minites after home advisor was accessed. He came right over turned off hot water valve so we still had water but water heater leak stop flooding basement. Before days end he put the new water heater in and we had hot water. He called later to find out if everything was alright . Very pleased with his service."
