There professionalism and communication was so refreshing that I hired them to fix my front door and the surrounding drywall and to check and correct my fireplace for air leaking into the house. He emailed a detailed estimate that included the repair steps and final price. Once the contract was signed, he worked directly with the tenant to schedule the repair. The tenant stated that he was very professional and completed the work within the proposed duration. Repair was great! It looked just like it was before.
