First of all, the initial phone call was NOT about pushing any one particular unit nor was it about any specials or incentives. David was more into asking what we were after and then proposed many options around our price range. His experience was outstanding: he didn't sell us an overly expensive unit for the sake of doing so, provided us with we we wanted, with no hassle. on the date of the install, a whole crew of DD folks all turned up and completed the job in a matter of hours and life is good!! Credits to: no gimmicks, no hassle, not pushing a particular produce, on time, very fair pricing, knowledgible of all AC manufacturers.
