Energy audit with minor repair. The task was well done . The audit/repair team arrived on time and ready to go to work. The found and repaired many air infiltration sources, replace all interchangeable incandescing lamps with CFL’s They cleaned up at completion of job.

I hired Energy Star to insulate the ceiling in my co-op to help with the sound coming from the neightbors above. The team did a good job and the installation went smoother than I thought. Unfortunately, the insulation made little to no impact on the noise coming from the apartment above. I would definetly recommend this company for insulation but would not recommend this product for sound dampening.
