Devon was on time and cleared up my problem. He was neat professional and even labeled all my lines and cleaned up all the connections. It was not easy to tace the problems but he did so in a very professional manner. I would recommend him highly and would call him for the other services he provides. My tenant also had a problem and he spent time attempting to clear her problem. Such a pleasure to deal with.

My phone had static and crapped out when it rained. They corrected some outside wiring and hopefully it will continue working when it rains now. Time will tell on that. The static seemed to come from the base unit but I can live with that. The wall jacks tested good. So I think all is well now.
