I would like to start by saying that I am very picky, very inquisitive and very observant. Paul (owner of PLW) was very patient and addressed all of my questions/concerns without hesitation. He exceeded our expectations and did a lot of research and leg work before we even signed the contract. To me that showed great integrity. The work that we had done came out very good and was completed before schedule. I have already given out all of his business cards to neighbors and friends and will DEFINITELY hire this company for my future renovation plans.

PLW Properties, LLC and their crew were very professional. Their prices were unbeatable. They responded and returned calls right away. I wish I had found them before I hired two other contractors that ripped me off. PLW Propreties, LLC have compeleted three jobs for me at my home and my rental home. In about two months I will be hiring them again for an extention on my home (adding a family room). I highly recommend them...

PLW Properties, was outstanding in that the company did what it said it would do. I received a complete quote of what PLW could and would do including the cost of the work. Mr. Ware and his crew successfullly performed the job for me as quoted; cleaned up after the job was done; maintained a very professional but yet caring attitude all during the job and was more than willing to answer any of my concerns. I was completely satisfied with this comapny and would highly recommend them to anyone.
