Excellent work. Very knowledgeable. I want additional estimates on a future project. Can the owner call me so I can explain what I want done? Rusty talked to me about upgrading my fascia and sofits with aluminum instead of painting all the time. I want to know why aluminum is better then vinyl. In our area, what is better? So much research to do.

Comment: 1) Clothes dryer's hose broke inside the ceiling in our basement and blowing off air throughout the house. Needs either new hose installed or old hose fixed in place 2) At the side of the yard stands a decorative brick wall with a lamp on it. The lamp broke and tore away from the brick. Lamp needs replaced & loose brick/s needs re-cemented back in place. 3) Deck outdoor sensor light needs fixing. An electrician started installing the light and never finished the job. 4) In the basement, there was leakage in the A/C duct. The leak is fixed, but it left the plaster work peeling. This needs to be re-plastered and painted.
