        Comment: Under contract for house and inspection revealed chimney issues. The gutter was dropping water on the outside of the chimney. It needs tuckpointing and flashing. Also, it needs to be resecured in the attic? Not sure if this requires different types of professionals. Can provide inspection report and pictures. Looking for a general estimate and time frame.
