Overall it was a great deal for the price just because our home was a bit more on the distressed area. I do advise to still keep on top of everything promised especially the small details which get lost in transition. The sub-contractors who actually did the job were extremely friendly, accommodating, and great at what they do but as usual, keep the small details in supervision. We are very satisfied with the final outcome but it did take 2 1/2 wks longer than expected and we did have to chase after a few details.
