We also discussed uneven heating in my 55 year old home. Mike made an adjustment and the sytem was working much better. Two days later both Mike & Tim stopped by to review my system, including a thorough evaluation of the duct work. They provided several suggestions to try to improve my existing system and DID NOT try to sell me a new unit. Their approach of trying to maximaize my existing system and minimize my cost was amazing. I have dealt with many contractors over the years and the typical response is "you need a new system".
