Comment: This is a rug not a carpet-do you fix rugs? This is a brand-new rug that was damaged in shipping. One whole side (length-7 ft. 9 in.) got ripped and frayed. I cannot return it so I am wondering if it is worth fixing. It is wool, power loomed with hand served edges.
