Comment: The ceiling caved in one bedroom and the living room. The insurance company will be paying, but is recommending that the entire living room and bedroom be redone. There is no water damage. The weight of the plaster just pulled the sheetrock and nails down. There is also a small patch in a second bedroom that has water damage that needs to be fixed.
