I replaced the siding on my entire house after some storm damage. I did a fair amount of research about siding and got bids from three contractors. Suffice it to say that Home-Kim was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. They even had to make some mid-course changes when some surprises were found when the old siding was removed. The quality of the work was great and the price was fair and reasonable. Any homeowner in Northern Virginia who is considering new siding (or new windows -- they manufacture their own) would be crazy not to contact Home-Kim. If not for ServiceMagic, I would not have found Home-Kim... I am really glad I did!

I will first say that the quality of the work done was very good. They replaced my old damaged aluminum siding with vinyl and replaced my old gutters. They worked quickly and efficiently and used (as far as i can tell) good practices and materials. However I would not use them again because of communication. I had to call numerous times after sending my deposit just to find out when they were coming, each time being told someone would call back but no one did. After many, many calls I was finally able to schedule and they came out to do the work.
