Project: Apply or Remove a Popcorn Acoustic Ceiling Texture
Osage Beach, MO

Richard was originally hired to remove our "popcorn" ceiling. He removed that and put a very modern looking texture. We then dicided to re-paint the entire 1440 SF condo. He gave us a price and stuck to it. We did additional re-modeling that required removing the water heater and toilets, he took care of that at a very reasonable price. He also came up with ideas on the remodel. He installed doors and trim and worked with us on our doing the things we could do ourselves to same some money. When he finished he said we would have a "punch list", but there wasn't anything that needed to be take care of. Very honest accomodation person.
