Right after Sandy hit us many of our roof shingles flew off. We called a few companies and their prices were way above our budget. So we decided to use this service. This contractor was the first to return our call, he showed up 30 minutes after we got off the phone with him. He gave us a really good price for the roofing which was lowered when we add more work (roof water drains) before we agreed on the final job and number. A few months later (last week), I noticed a roof shingle on the floor, I called him up. Showed up and pointed out it was our original roof not his work, regardless he repaired it with no issues/no charge.
